As a part of the Waterloo-Wellington Stroke Team, you have the opportunity to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation professionals who provide services to clients who have recently experienced a stroke. Our Stroke Team conducts weekly rounds, collaborates on shared goals, and ensures clients receive care tailored to their needs.

- Formulating goals and recommendations
- Planning and implementing client-centered, goal-directed treatment programs

- Registration with the College of Speech Language Pathologist of Ontario
- Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset
- Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- A positive work and attendance record is essential
- Ability to adapt to new computer applications
- This role follows a hybrid work approach where you can work remotely and with the clients in their acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation setting
