Crunch Canada is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Field Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of localized marketing initiatives across our regional footprint. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about fitness and wellness, and has a proven track record of building strong community and partner relationships across multi-unit locations across multiple provinces in Canada. You will manage the local marketing channels - billboards, direct mail, radio, etc. This position is hybrid and based out of our HQ in Cambridge, ON. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days a week at our HQ in Cambridge, 2 days a week in the field (in clubs), and 1 day a week remote. This role also requires overnight travel.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Local Insights

  • Conduct market research to gather insights into local demographics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Use findings to guide campaign design, messaging, and promotional activities that resonate with local audiences.
  • Stay informed about emerging local market trends and recommend innovative strategies accordingly.

Campaign Management

  • Own the full lifecycle of regional marketing campaigns — from concept development and planning to execution and performance measurement.
  • Work cross-functionally with creative, digital, and operations teams to ensure timely and successful campaign rollouts.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign ROI, optimizing efforts for future initiatives.

Relationship Building & Community Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with club teams, local partners, and community organizations to support member acquisition and retention.
  • Identify and activate strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility and engagement within the region.
  • Represent the brand at regional events, club activations, and partner functions as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in field, regional, or local marketing roles.
  • Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of regional nuances and ability to tailor messaging and strategy accordingly.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Willingness to travel regularly, up to 20% on a regular basis
  • Experience working for a multi-unit organization (gym, retail, food service or similar)
