Reporting to the Project Manager, Continuous Improvement, this position is responsible for assisting with the deployment of Continuous Improvement activities and initiatives. This is an 8-16 month co-op opportunity.

What You'll Do Here

• Assist with process, tools, personnel, and workshops as they relate to our Continuous Improvement business function
• Assist with development and coordination of procedures/documentation for our Integrated Management System initiative
• Assist with the planning of collaborative workshops and meetings
• Actively promote a nuclear safety culture to all levels of the project teams and support the Performance Assurance work stream
• Assist with dashboard management including regular updates and maintenance of dashboards, preparation and manipulation of data for reports, use of Power BI, Excel and PowerApps, assist with process and templates, and support for various initiatives, as needed
  
  
  

What You Bring To The Team

• 3rd or 4th year post-secondary education: Business, Engineering and Computer Science is an asset. Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Previous experience using Electronic Document Management Systems is an asset
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills are required
• Ability to be self-motivated and work effectively with minimal direction
• Effective organizational skills to meet multiple deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure work environment
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Ability to work in various locations, in both the field and office. Travel within Ontario as necessary
