Position Summary
Thales requires a Supply Support Coordinator to be responsible for managing and maintaining data accuracy of material data in the Warehouse. They interface between the SAP Data Analysts, Supply Support Engineers, and Warehouse staff to manage material data records and resolve issues between Customer, Engineering, and Warehouse data.

Position Summary
Thales requires a Supply Support Coordinator to be responsible for managing and maintaining data accuracy of material data in the Warehouse. They interface between the SAP Data Analysts, Supply Support Engineers, and Warehouse staff to manage material data records and resolve issues between Customer, Engineering, and Warehouse data.
Essential Functions / Key Areas Of Responsibility
- Collect, Organize, and maintain accurate data for Warehouse material attributes within SAP.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular checks and validations of Thales SAP system material data with the Customer’s DRMIS SAP system.
- Data entry and updating Thales SAP with new Cataloging information. Maintaining current NSNs and Part Numbers; updated PSCNs into NSNs, reconcile batch management and serial number issues, and validate OEM part number information.
- Generate and analyze reports to communicate material invoice differences between systems. Collaborate with various teams to investigations problem material receipts, and flag obsolete or problem parts in the MRP system for Engineering to address.
- Work with the SAP team to test potential system configuration changes before general release. Assist with material order entry, purchase requisition, and Cataloging data requests as required.
- Participate in regular team meetings, advising on material status, identifying and suggesting resolution for data discrepancies and issues.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working within the Military, or on a Defence contract or project.
- Proven experience working with SAP, MAXIMO or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Understands the language of ‘part numbers’.
- Demonstrated experience working within procurement, finance, project management or Supply Chain & Warehousing environments.
Special Position Requirements
- Schedule: 40 hours per week
- Physical Environment: Hybrid position, a mix of working from home and on-site (in office, at customer sites, or on board ships alongside in harbour)
- Travel: Occasional domestic travel may be required, which will include access to government facilities and assets, including naval vessels
