The What...

As our Bar Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your main responsibility will be ensuring that every drink is served to perfection, creating a memorable experience for all. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining a clean and tidy bar area, ensuring our fridges are fully stocked and ready for action. It’s a fast-paced, lively environment, so to thrive here, you’ll need to have a passion for providing great service and working in a dynamic atmosphere.

  • Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all times.
  • Assist guests with setting up their bowling experience.
  • Answer the phone and handles guest inquiries.
  • Prepare great tasting food adhering to all recipes and specifications.
  • Be aware of all promotions, specials, and current pricing.
  • Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking in after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre‐bussing as necessary and responding to guest needs in a timely manner.
  • Answer and fix any lane stop calls in a timely and efficient manner while recording FPS.
  • Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and or close.
  • Maintain record of daily operations as required with communication book and checklists.
  • Ensure work areas remain clean, empty trash and spot sweeps whenever floor needs it, or when requested by a manager; Exceed Splitsville’s cleanliness standards.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Be polite and courteous with guests and fellow team members.
  • Communicate with shift leaders and managers.
  • Other duties as required.
