a data analyst in the Governance and Credit Quality team at National Bank means
acting as an analytical data specialist. This job allows you to make a concrete
impact on the Bank's financial strength, helping to minimize credit risks and
improve data quality through your expertise in data visualization, analysis,
and management.
Your job
- Design
and maintain visualization and analytics solutions to enhance data and identify
risks. - Integrate,
explore, transform and analyze data from different platforms (SAS, Power BI,
Python). - Implement
and monitor data quality using analytical tools. - Propose
continuous improvements to data analysis processes and tools. - Support
and train colleagues in order to promote the adoption of the solutions
developed. - Act
as an agent of change to simplify and optimize the way things are done.
Your
team
Within the
Risk Management sector, you are part of a team of 30 colleagues and report to
Senior Director Pierre-Luc Trottier. Our team stands out for its dynamism,

Prerequisite
- Bachelor's
degree related to the position and minimum 3 years of relevant experience, or
any combination deemed equivalent. - Knowledge
of dashboard design and data visualization. - Experience
with analytics tools such as SAS, Power BI or Python. - Ability
to popularize technical issues to different audiences in French and English. - Knowledge
of credit risk management and regulatory requirements (OSFI, Basel, etc.) is
an asset
