As Irrigation Supervisor, you are responsible for managing a team up to 3 people while performing the delivery of services. Our clients trust to us to provide quality services and you are key in helping us live out our values every day.

You are a proactive leader and self-starter who can interact with the public and our employees. You have a strong work ethic and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. You have experience in landscaping and previous supervisory experience, as well as proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers.

This is a seasonal job with approximate dates of April 15-Nov 30.

Depending on qualifications and work performance, summer staff may be offered a position for winter with snow removal.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Manage team of up to 3 people while performing services; motivate, coach, and mentor team
  • Perform irrigation installations, maintenance, trouble shooting, openings and closings.
  • Set up schedule with clients for openings and closings.
  • Operate a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to sod cutters, Dingo, vibratory plow, trencher, trucks, trailers, compressors
  • Address clients' questions, comments, and concerns
  • Complete daily paperwork, ie: timesheets, equipment & vehicle check list, work orders, other required paperwork and documents
  • Maintain all tools and equipment in good working order


Job Requirements:

  • Current G Driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
  • Own transportation to our shop
  • 4-5 years experience in this field is required
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Able to work days, weekends, early morning, early evening
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature


Wage $27- $32 hour depending on experience
