On behalf of our technology client, Procom is searching for a Report Developer - WebFocus for a 9-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.


Report Developer - WebFocus - Job Description:

The Photo Comparison Technology Project is focused on procuring and integrating a new solution for photo comparison. This involves updating and maintaining reports to meet business requirements under the new vendor solution and integrating them with new technology.


Report Developer - WebFocus - Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain large-scale business applications
• Create and update WebFocus reports using the FEX language
• Develop and test Web User Interface code, including automated UI tests
• Integrate new vendor services with existing systems and processes
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide documentation for technical staff
  
  
  

Report Developer - WebFocus - Mandatory Skills:

• 5+ years experience developing large-scale business applications
• 5+ years experience with WebFocus report development
• 5+ years experience with Java development
• 5+ years experience with SQL development
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Solid business acumen with the ability to engage with business teams and leadership
  
  
  

Report Developer - WebFocus – Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Eclipse IDE and Maven
• Knowledge of Java frameworks and libraries
• Experience with Oracle, Synapse, and other RDBMS
• Experience coding drilldown reports
• Experience with WebFocus portal development
  
  
  

Report Developer - WebFocus – Assignment Length:

This is a 9-month contract position.
