Position Summary

As a Lancement Agent, you will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the accuracy of all information related to flights, billing, and client orders. You will act as a key link between the production departments and our airline clients to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery

Responsibilities

• Manage billing for airlines customers
• Input in WINREST the loading factors for each airlineaccording to clients requests
• Check that the delivery notes are correctly filled in& make sure they are sent to the accounting department for processing in timely manner
• Ensure that the flights are visible & registeredaccurately on the computer software
• Consistently check, validate, and control the accuracy& conformity of the information you handle
• Ensure the proper transmission of information aboutthe production plan and flight schedules of through the dedicated company computer software, WINREST
• Input received orders into the computer system (ordersare received via email, fax, other IT communication tools ...)
• Follow contractual procedure for each customer and thedaily turnover & the production projection for the various airlines departments
• Coordinate & ensure transmission of all ordersmodifications or schedule modification to different departments
• Ensure that checked flights are validated on a dailybasis & the day prior to the flight departure as well
• Validate & Control that all adjustments arecompleted, communicate with all departments
• Conduct daily transmission of documents required forthe operations: delivery note, track sheet, check sheet, instructions
• Maintain constant business & commercial relationshipwith our clients
• Provide the day prior to the flight departure all thelayout with the distribution plan and printed labels for each flight
• Share the new procedures and updated informationprovided by the airlines to the drivers and the different productiondepartments (bond, cutlery, food production, etc. )
• Control the CID for Jazz airline operation incoordination with the Handling Teams, on a daily basis
