We are looking for an Outbound Product Manager that will play a critical role as the technical or domain expert and shape the direction of the Applied Artificial Intelligence (AI) Applications product roadmap in Customer Engagement Suite with Google AI as well as drive our go-to-market strategy. In this role, you will partner closely with product management, developing and cross-functional stakeholders. You will provide user and market insights to help product teams make more informed roadmap decisions. You will be responsible for developing differentiated partner strategy and enablement, product positioning and messaging, work with the broader market ecosystem including customers, partners, analysts. You will support go-to-market activities that drive business performance and customer satisfaction.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- Experience in Conversation AI applications space, Contact Center AI (CCAI) or similar.
- Master's degree in Computer Science or other related technical field.
- Experience with pricing strategy and in benchmarking of pricing portfolio.
- Experience in Analyst relations.
- Understanding of Google Cloud AI products, technologies, AI models, Large Language Model and AI specialised infrastructure as it relates to AI trends and issues within businesses.
- Understanding of application, software development, developer tools, data use cases, open interfaces in cloud and enterprise.
- Understanding of responsible AI practice and machine learning (ML) technologies.

Responsibilities
- Advocate product capabilities informed by customer insights and market intelligence to support product and go-to-market decisions.
- Engage customers and partners to regularly collect feedback, understand product adoption, and enable sellers and partners to articulate unique the value and positioning of Conversation AI product portfolio.
- Drive partner and business enablement as well as broader scaled go-to-market programs and enable product scaling through partnership strategy.
- Drive reactive and proactive engaged intelligence work on pricing, product portfolio and monitor key performance indicators, data and translate into recommendations and actionable plans.
- Work cross-functionally with product, product operations, product marketing, business and partnership teams.
