As a Regional Sales Support Representative based in Hamilton (Pukete), you will play a critical role ensuring the effective day to day running of the Local Branch whilst supporting our regional sales and operations teams through providing exceptional customer service. You will focus on growing sales revenue and building long term customer relationships. assisting with order processing and logistics and providing product information and technical support. Your dedication and proactive approach will contribute to achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and providing product information, pricing, and technical support.
- Assist the sales team in managing and processing orders, providing training to staff and ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of our products.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to existing customers.
- Health & Safety and Facilities Management of the Branch.
- If you have previous experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably within the building materials or related industry, we’d love to hear from you.
- Proven experience in managing a small team and branch operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding targets.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain product specifications to customers.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and other relevant software applications.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding targets.
