This role is available due to company growth and a strong project pipeline.

Our client is a Mid-sized ICI focused General Contractor who specialise in small to mid-sized Institutional and commercial renovation and new build projects in the Greater Ottawa Metropolitan Area.
Description
Project Manager - ICI - Ottawa
- Project Manage Mid sized ICI new builds and renovations
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
- Review work progress on a daily basis and solve potential issues
- Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, and local and national regulations are met
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
- Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses
- Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
Profile
Project Manager - ICI - Ottawa
The Successful Project Manager should have
- 5+ years ICI Construction experience
- A minimum of 3 years project management experience
- Experience managing ICI renovations and new builds up to $15 Million
- Proficiency in construction project management software
- Ability to plan and see the "big picture"
- Competent in conflict and crisis management
- Excellent time and project management skills
