Job Overview: As a core member of the Leasing Team, actively engage in the leasing process by coordinating property showings, guiding prospective tenants through tours, addressing inquiries, and providing knowledgeable insights about available units and community features to help match residents with their ideal home. Collaborate closely with the team to strategize leasing activities, track progress toward occupancy goals, and contribute ideas that enhance the overall leasing experience for both residents and team members. Key Responsibilities:- Respond to phone inquiries from prospects, professionally address questions, and persuade prospects to schedule showings.
- Track and update all prospect interactions in the Lead Management Software.
- Collaborate with the leasing team and building managers to ensure professional building tours and achieve application goals.
- Create and send applications to prospects, following up as needed.
- Utilize Docusign to prepare and send lease documents to approved applicants for signatures.
- Update and distribute the weekly leasing report to clients and leadership.
- Ensure adherence to the leasing process by the leasing team.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of building notices.
- Organize physical and digital folders according to standard structures.
- Maintain accurate records in both electronic and physical filing systems.
- Draft correspondence based on standard templates and custom wording, including letters to tenants, building notices, welcome packages, and team communications.
