Responsibilities
- Oversee construction activities for a multi-unit townhome site
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and on-site logistics
- Monitor schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Enforce health and safety protocols
- Provide regular progress updates to internal stakeholders
- At least 7 years of experience in low-rise residential construction
- Direct experience running townhome sites
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with Ontario Building Code and site safety standards
- Consistent and reliable site presence
