Libro is on a mission to find a passionately accountable full-time Business Analyst L1.
The Business Analyst L1 is responsible for conducting interviews, workshops and surveys to elicit user requirements and then translating those needs into detailed Business Requirements and/or User Stories. The Business Analyst will also develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states. The position is also responsible for proposing and designing technical and process solutions that meet the Pod/Platform team’s needs and objectives.

The Business Analyst L1 is responsible for conducting interviews, workshops and surveys to elicit user requirements and then translating those needs into detailed Business Requirements and/or User Stories. The Business Analyst will also develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states. The position is also responsible for proposing and designing technical and process solutions that meet the Pod/Platform team’s needs and objectives.
The Successful Candidate Will
- Elicit requirements using interviewing techniques, requirement workshops, surveys, site visits use cases, scenarios, task and workflow analysis
- Critically evaluate and analyze information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts, break down high level information into details and distinguish user stories from the underlying true need
- Prepare accurate and detailed business requirements, user stories, and any other specifications, business processes and/or recommendation documents are completed, and appropriate signoffs have been obtained.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and project sponsors.
- Provide suggestions to the database analysts or development team during the development stage to ensure that the organization’s business needs are met.
- Act as a liaison between Pod/Platform teams, Development and Quality Assurance teams as well as other Administration Departments and fellow Information Technology team members.
- Conduct research on business solutions and liaison with other Credit Unions in identifying best practices.
- Work with other IT teams to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
- Fosters a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.

- Do you have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Mathematics or Accounting?
- Do you have 3 to 5 years’ experience in a Financial Institution with experience managing projects?
- Do you have knowledge and experience using Agile methodologies and experience using DevOps?
