We are looking for a Bilingual Channel Support Specialist to join our Channel Support team in either Fredericton or Woodstock, NB, Cornwall, ON or from a remote location. The Channel Support Specialist plays a vital role in providing specialized technical assistance for hardware, software, and installations, focusing on diverse connectivity technologies like Fiber, LTE, 5G, and satellite. They support provisioning systems and mobile devices, assisting field technicians, while also collaborating with different departments to share knowledge about Xplore products and suggest improvements. Additionally, they offer advanced technical support to both internal and external customers, presenting solution-oriented recommendations and managing escalated issues with professionalism. This comprehensive approach ensures a smooth and effective support system for various connectivity technologies, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess
- Bilingualism (French & English)
- Completion of post-secondary education in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years experience in a similar capacity preferred
- Advanced knowledge of techniques for anticipating and resolving technical issues.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong computer and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Operating Systems; experience with MAC and/or Linux a plus.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with good time management.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines. Able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in NIC, PC Settings, Server Data, hardware installation, drivers and routers.
