What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences using our GUIDE program to help guests find the right gear, feel at home in nature, and connect with our sustainability mission
- Drive sales and conversions by asking great questions, sharing your product knowledge, and helping guests make confident purchase decisions
- Support day-to-day operations like restocking, cash handling, and keeping the sales floor clean and inviting
- Collaborate with your team to create a supportive, welcoming work environment that reflects Fjällräven's values
- Participate in local events and community activations that strengthen brand presence and guest loyalty
- Stay curious and informed: participate in training, learn about new arrivals, and keep up with our sustainability initiatives like the Arctic Fox Initiative and Down Promise

You bring:
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
- A track record of delivering great customer service and connecting with people of all backgrounds
- A passion for sustainability and the outdoors
- Dependability and a proactive approach to work
- Willingness to learn point-of-sale systems and retail operations
- Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, values-driven team
- Preferred, but not required: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a fast-paced guest-facing role
