About This Team

Strategic Sales (wholesale) builds brand awareness in communities by sharing our best in the world technical product with influential partners around North America. We build win-win relationships with fitness studios, athletic teams, golf courses, resorts, arena stores, corporations and campus bookstores to create conversation about our product and brand that ultimately drive guests to our vertical channels.

a day in the life

  • Responsible for Strategic Sales administrative support and the execution of day-to-day operational tasks within the partner onboarding journey (applications, vendor forms, tax certificates, accounts receivable, contracts, and closures), pre-buy process, and in-season order fulfillment
  • Responsible for fostering strong relationships and function as a liaison support for Account Managers, Operations, and Product teams
  • Support the Strategic Sales team with internal and external partner communication, meeting facilitation, capturing notes and action items
  • Responsible for data management within inventory tools
  • Ongoing tasks within Excel, Smartsheet, CRM and PowerPoint to offer insights and support Program needs
  • Identify constraints within our processes and collaboratively work with cross-functional teams to provide solutions and create efficiencies
  • Support the Strategic Sales team in the management and updating of resources and tools as required
  • Own and complete additional special projects, duties and assignments as needed
  • Travel may be required to strategically support the Program Manager and/or Account Managers during trade shows, conference meetings, and market visits

Qualifications

  • One+ years’ experience within a retail store or other professional experience
  • Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects within tight deadlines and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well as a member on cross-functional teams, holding peers and partners accountable
  • Strong Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) as well as PowerPoint, Smartsheet and SharePoint
  • Strong cross functional communication between across and external partners

Workplace arrangement

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy

In-person collaboration and connection is important and you are required to be onsite at least 4 days per week.

 Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role. 

Compensation And Benefits Package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from  $55,300 - $72,600  CAD annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
