Endress+Hauser Canada was founded on May 1st, 1990. The company's main office is in Burlington, Ontario and additional offices are in Montreal, Quebec, Calgary & Edmonton, Alberta.  Our Channel Partners and Authorized Service Partners provide coverage and support across Canada.

We are looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our group.  As a Marketing Communication Specialist, you will ensure that all messages and the brand image are maintained in a coherent manner in all means of communication, in accordance with the company's guidelines, and plan and implement events and activities aimed at customers.

 

What is the role about?

Are you passionate about creating and executing amazing campaigns across multiple communication channels? We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing Communications Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and launching impactful campaigns, and reporting on their success.

Do you have a knack for orchestrating amazing campaigns through a variety of communication channels? You will be responsible for executing and making incredible campaigns through a variety of communication channels, and report on results.

Do you masterfully juggle the creation and distribution of communication? Use combinations of internal and external resources to create, process and distribute invitations, direct mail, and other necessary item.

Are you a good communication planner? You will plan for social media content that accompanies campaigns, and develop annual advertising and press media plan.

Are you a Collaborative Person? You will collaborate with the Marketing Communications Manager, orchestrating bidirectional communication, and building bridges that resonate with partners, clients, and stakeholders.

Which tasks will you perform?

• Campaign Execution: Design and implement campaigns across various communication channels, ensuring they are engaging and effective.
• Content Management: Skillfully manage the creation and distribution of content, utilizing both internal and external resources to bring campaigns to life.
• Strategic Planning: Plan and coordinate social media content to support campaigns, while also managing internal communications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Communications Manager to ensure seamless communication and build strong relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
  
  

What do we expect from you?

• Proven experience in marketing communications or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• College Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Communications
• Bilingual (French/English) required
• 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Communications role or similar role is preferred
• Proficiency with a marketing automation tool
• Graphic Design (Adobe Suite) experience an asset
• Social media management experience
• Basic skill in website editing
• Video production and editing knowledge
• Previous experience with a CRM system
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
