- Design and execute complex product analytics and experimentation initiatives independently, from scoping and stakeholder alignment to delivery

- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Design to ensure instrumentation is prioritized, documented, and aligned to business outcomes
- Build intuitive reporting that drives clarity on feature usage, customer behavior, and performance metrics
- Lead project planning and prioritization for analytics initiatives: manage timelines, stakeholders, and tradeoffs to drive results
- Identify opportunities to improve how we collect, organize, and leverage user interaction data to support The Homie Way: Own Your Impact and Master Your Craft

- Proven success designing and analyzing product experiments (e.g., A/B/n tests, multivariate testing)
- Strong understanding of event tracking strategy, user data modeling, and product analytics tools like Amplitude
- Comfortable using and evaluating AI tools for data analysis, storytelling, or experimentation: you’re curious, hands-on, and eager to explore how AI can supercharge your work
- Bonus: Python scripting experience for data exploration or automation
- Proactive project management mindset: You can independently manage priorities, stakeholders, and timelines
- Proven ability to own initiatives end-to-end with minimal oversight
- Excellent communication skills and experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate in the Toronto office weekly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
