We are seeking a skilled and motivated mid-level SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expertise in the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP TM solutions.

Your Role And Responsibilities

Lead and participate in complex SAP TM projects, from initial planning through to go-live and post-implementation support.

Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions using SAP TM.

Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior team members.

Perform requirements gathering, process mapping, and configuration of SAP TM modules such as Freight Order Management, Carrier Selection, and Transportation Planning.

Develop and execute test plans, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure high levels of data accuracy and integrity.

Keep abreast of the latest developments in SAP TM and related technologies, incorporating new knowledge into ongoing projects and client consultations.

Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the SAP TM system.

Contribute to the creation of project proposals, estimates, and other project documentation.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Proven experience as an SAP TM consultant, preferably in a mid-level role, with a strong understanding of the full life cycle of SAP TM projects.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP TM modules and functionalities, with a focus on Freight Order Management, Carrier Selection, and Transportation Planning.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes and supply chain management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think algorithmically.
• Superior communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
