Job Description

The Culture Experience Program Manager role serves as a consultant with no direct reports. This role leverages data, company culture, employee experience, and the business to advance organizational culture and the employee experience. This role collaborates with all areas of the business to lead and champion high-impact talent initiatives that drive business value. This role demonstrates knowledge of business priorities, to drive business strategies through a holistic employee experience and culture strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • In partnership with leadership, helps shape programs to understand key “moments that matter” throughout the employee journey
  • Understand our business strategy and be able to help Allstate transform the culture to drive right outcomes
  • Executes an employee experience strategy that is robust and sustainable as our company grows
  • Promotes a workplace grounded in Our Shared Purpose, by building programs and crafting experiences that will make employees feel valued
  • Launch and manage both new and current tools, processes, and experiences to drive higher levels of engagement and satisfaction across Allstate Canada
  • Plans, implements and adjusts future workplace strategy initiatives
  • Manages external partnerships with global peers, building and maintaining strong relationships with key connections
  • Assists in the charge on strengthening and embedding our values across everything to drive our culture change
  • Provides leadership to one or more employee councils to help drive meaningful connections and impact across the organization

Supervisory Duties:

  • This job has supervisory duties.

Education & Experience:

  • 4 year Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5+ years with related work experience
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:

  • CHRP/CHRL (preferred)
  • Certifications in workplace safety, wellness, inclusive diversity and learning (considered an asset)

Functional Skills:

  • Strategic mindset and strong business acumen with talent/people expertise
  • Proven ability to understand and utilize data and analytics to make business/talent decisions
  • Consulting experiences related to a range of HR and Culture workstreams
  • Strong collaboration and relationship building skills
  • Ability to lead without a authority and inspire others
  • Ability to build trust and credibility and navigate complex, interconnected relationships
  • Demonstrates change agility and bias towards action
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of business software and HR Platforms preferred
  • Ability to engage and collaborate with wide variety of different leadership styles and be able to adapt quickly
  • Proven ability to demonstrate and coach others to use consulting framework (scoping, contracting, discovery/diagnostic, etc.)
