O'Sullivan Animal Hospital is currently welcoming a full-time Animal Care Attendant, Receptionist to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an organized, motivated, and empathetic individual to join us in a very important support role for the entire hospital. In this role, you will help our clients and their pets feel welcomed and appreciated!
The primary role for the position is to act as liaison between the client and consulting Veterinarian and to provide exceptional client service by supporting the client care team in a professional and welcoming environment.
The Client Care Coordinator is recognized for their knowledge throughout the hospital and provides support for Doctors, Technicians, Client Care Specialists and TA’s alike. The Client Care Coordinator is responsible for addressing client enquiries, providing daily financial and medical updates on all in-hospital patients, and providing assistance to clients and their pets whilst under our care.
This position requires a very organized, flexible and dependable individual, who has the ability to handle various responsibilities while maintaining a great deal of positive energy. Client communication, customer services skills and professionalism are paramount. By providing exceptional customer service, the CCC looks to maintain the high standard of care for our patients and exceed client expectations. Every aspect of the patient's care depends on our customer service ability.
