- Operations Manager
- Process & Engineering Manager
- Production process analysis and optimization as a process engineer, including breakdown analysis and quality events investigation with countermeasure implementation and loss elimination
- Implementation of new equipment upgrades and product innovation as a startup leader
- Raw materials manager who coordinates with our suppliers for the production processes
- Technical manager of various manufacturing equipment, processes, and projects
- People manager responsible for leading teams to realize manufacturing targets
- A comprehensive Corporate and Functional onboarding to accelerate your training and development
- Intentional Impact Work Plan for meaningful projects that you will own and deliver, alongside receiving relevant capability building trainings
- Integration into our affinity groups for socializing, mentorship, and resources

- This is an on-site position based in Belleville, Ontario.
- Preference is given to those holding university degrees (Bachelors, Masters, MBA) or in their final year of study in an engineering / technical undergraduate degree, but will consider degrees from any discipline.
- Prior work experience in a manufacturing site is a plus
- Leadership and collaboration skills, demonstrated in academic / extracurricular activities
- Strong communication skills that will enable you to thrive in a challenging and exciting work environment
- Technical curiosity and thinking critically to uncover insights
- Hands-on approach to problem solving, that will help build our million-dollar brands!
