Job Responsibilities

P&G is recognized as an industry leader in the development of innovative production systems and technologies. Managers in our plant have far-reaching responsibilities which cover reliability, quality, safety of our equipment & processes and the motivation of the people working in the plant.

Based on your skills, experience, and our business needs, you would be placed in either of the following roles, in any one of our product modules:

• Operations Manager
• Process & Engineering Manager
  
  

Your responsibilities will require a hands-on approach and may include:

• Production process analysis and optimization as a process engineer, including breakdown analysis and quality events investigation with countermeasure implementation and loss elimination
• Implementation of new equipment upgrades and product innovation as a startup leader
• Raw materials manager who coordinates with our suppliers for the production processes
• Technical manager of various manufacturing equipment, processes, and projects
• People manager responsible for leading teams to realize manufacturing targets

Job Qualifications

• This is an on-site position based in Belleville, Ontario.
• Preference is given to those holding university degrees (Bachelors, Masters, MBA) or in their final year of study in an engineering / technical undergraduate degree, but will consider degrees from any discipline.
• Prior work experience in a manufacturing site is a plus
