Job Description
Family Physician – Fly-In Float
Description
Experienced Family Physician required for a 0.5 EFT in Fly-In program area.
Willing to work independently with nursing staff.
Berens River, Poplar River, Little Grand Rapids, Pauingassi, Bloodvein.
Out of province travel paid with commitment of 2 consecutive weeks. In-provincial travel covered by organization
Physicians deploy from Winnipeg or St Andrews Airport on Monday morning and return to on Thursday or Friday evening depending on community location.
Qualifications
Must be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba
Must have current Advanced Life Support (ACLS)
If physician does not have the following certification, they will be required to obtain within six months of contract
Compensation is remunerated as per Doctors Manitoba contract April 1 2019 - March 31 2023.
