About Network Services Platform (NSP)
The NSP portfolio provides comprehensive management solution to automate, optimize and assure network services across multiple network layers, physical/virtual infrastructure, as well as equipment from multiple vendors.
Our products are built using various technologies, including:
As a Software Designer in the Network Automation team, you will work on developing and enhancing NSP's frameworks and product suites. We will challenge you to learn continuously and apply your technical knowledge to new scenarios as our product changes to meet the requirements of our customers.

- Java, JavaScript, Python, Go
- Oracle, Vertica, Neo4J, PostgreSQL
- Web Frameworks and Technologies (J2EE, HTML5, CSS3, React, REST/JSON).
- UNIX/Linux OS, Windows, Mac
As a Software Designer in the Network Automation team, you will work on developing and enhancing NSP's frameworks and product suites. We will challenge you to learn continuously and apply your technical knowledge to new scenarios as our product changes to meet the requirements of our customers.
The job’s responsibilities will include:
- Researching and evaluating new technologies to improve our product portfolio
- Collaborating with Product Managers and Architects to define requirements for new features
- Designing and implementing new features
- Working in team-based Agile Environment
- Interacting with Nokia Support Teams to provide software solutions to field-reported issues
- At least 7+ years of relevant programming experience
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, REACT, Go language
- Solid knowledge of Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) model
- Experience with model-driven mediation and cloud-native architecture
- Experience with virtualization (Vagrant, Kubernetes, OpenStack)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
