What You’ll Do
- Collaborate on planning, prioritization, and design.
- Understand the business problem the project is tasked with solving and ensure project team does not lose sight of it.
- Work with project team on defining and managing project scope.
- Working on business requirements related to IT / Integration.
- Document business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- Analyze existing systems, process and identify improvement areas, and integration opportunities.
- Proficiency in data mapping related tasks; vendor workshops, business model office training.
- Create, monitor and constant review of sprint plans - looking for opportunities to optimize where applicable.
- Organize and lead working sessions and project update meetings within various levels of the organization.
- Partner closely with business and technical team members to support project objectives.
- Identify project issues/roadblocks and steps for mitigation and resolution.
- Work closely with the QA teams for API automation testing and enhancing API QA Framework.
- Provide feedback and recommendations on project and process improvements.
- 3-5 years of experience in business systems analysis, with a focus on API technologies.
- Scrum Master Experience.
- Experience working with IBM WebSphere Message Broker, JBOSS, Fuse and Spring framework implementations.
- Solid understanding of API fundamentals, including RESTful and SOAP APIs, API security, API management, XML and JSON format.
- Knowledge of cloud-based API solutions and Microservices architecture is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology framework and working knowledge of Atlassian project management tools.
- CIP Preferred or strong insurance knowledge.
