The Sr. Software Engineer role is critical in the delivery of our software roadmaps that deliver features to customers to meet them where they are and enable them to get where they want to be. This role will support and enhance the current Direct Store Delivery application and iOS and Android mobile applications while collaborating on the path forward as we continue to innovate and improve our products.

What a Day In The Life Looks Like
- Collaborate with a global, distributed team of developers to build and evolve innovative software products.
- Write clean, maintainable full stack Java code guided by strong object-oriented principles and coding best practices.
- Embrace agile methodologies by participating in daily standups, sprint planning, and continuous feedback loops.
- Partner closely with product managers, project leads, and engineers to enhance product capabilities and deliver on strategic goals.
- Drive innovation by contributing to improvements in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development frameworks.
- Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new technologies and helping shape the future of our software engineering culture.
- 7+ years of experience developing enterprise-level web/distributed applications leveraging C#/.Net, and related technologies
- Some front-end development experience leveraging technologies like C#/TypeScript/HTML
- Experience developing native mobile applications for iOS/Android using (Kotlin, Java, Swift, JetBrains Jetpack Compose, Kotlin Multi-platform, SwiftUI, etc.)
- Experience developing and implementing webservices, Rest API SQL/database development experience, preferably leveraging SQL Server and SQLite
- Understanding of software, application, and integration architecture patterns.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask, and switch priorities when necessary
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Experience or working knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps (build scripts/pipelines)
- Understanding of agile development, scrum framework
- Experience with a Version Control System, preferably Git
