The purpose of the role is to ensure all assurance activities related to your Programs and projects within your portfolio are carried out both efficiently and effectively throughout the whole lifecycle, stakeholder engagement is fundamental to ensuring this role can be correctly executed.

- Responsible for all assurance activities related to your project portfolio.
- Responsible for the delivery of Material Review Boards
- Responsible for the effective delivery of Non-Conformance Reports
- Ensure relevant Quality metrics are maintained
- Work with scheduling to ensure Quality planned activities are understood
- Provide assurance that all the projects within the portfolio is in accordance with the Quality Management
- Provide Quality signatory for Production Readiness Reviews
- Support project specific customer visits including any test events and inspections identified by the customer
- Be the CofC release signatory for related projects
- Provide Quality awareness training
- Feedback any concerns relating to supplier product conformance
- Carry out independent assurance assessments against project plans, build documentation, change requests, company procedures, equipment calibration, customer contractual adherence etc.
- Promote Quality and its importance throughout the Ultra Maritime
- Diploma or Degreed Graduate or Equivalent Work Experience
- 3 plus years Quality experience in a Manufacturing Environment
- Audit experience preferably ISO9001/AS9100
- Experience with Root Cause Analysis and Non-Conformance Reporting
- Strong problem-solving skills and expertise to develop and execute objectives
- The successful person must be able to gain the appropriate Canadian government NATO Security Clearance and satisfy all requirements to be able to work on Canadian Controlled Goods projects
- The successful candidate must have the ability to travel
