About The Role
As a Regional Sales & Experience Manager at Banana Republic, you will be responsible for developing selling behaviors with our Stylists and Client Advisors in your portfolio of stores. You will be an expert and educator on the use of company selling tools and resources that are available to our selling teams that will enhance their individual sales performance so they are enabled to successfully execute a one-on-one personal shopping and styling experience to our clients. You will serve as a Banana Republic Ambassador by promoting the history, philosophy, and values of the brand. You will work with and through teams to provide expert level, curated service to high-touch clients ensuring each client receives an elevated, curated, and luxurious experience across all platforms.

About The Role
As a Regional Sales & Experience Manager at Banana Republic, you will be responsible for developing selling behaviors with our Stylists and Client Advisors in your portfolio of stores. You will work with and through teams to provide expert level, curated service to high-touch clients ensuring each client receives an elevated, curated, and luxurious experience across all platforms.
What You'll Do
- Utilize Selling-focused resources such as Selling Boosts and Product Education tools to develop behaviors that will drive success with our Clientele App and Sales Tracking results across all stores
- Lead and execute Selling and Customer Experience initiatives that drive Brand connection and loyalty such as client outreach, in-store events and promotions
- Manage client outreach and event execution in partnership with Brand Enablement to increase engagement opportunities
- Develop strategies for key store locations or markets to drive sales results
- Partner with stakeholders to host and entertain top clients in store and virtually where opportunities exist
- Monitor performance of your store teams and individual Client Advisors and Stylists through achievement of sales targets, client acquisition and appointments
- Create frequent touchpoints with your Client Advisors and lead store stylists in partnership with Store Managers
- Assess performance of Client Advisors and lead store stylists and share your observations with District and Store leadership to ensure high sales performance and results in our stores
- Established client relations management abilities and experience
- Strong communication and technical skills
- Prior experience as a personal shopper or wardrobe assistant
- Prior luxury brand clienteling experience
- Ability to transfer knowledge in clienteling to others with a goal of developing talent to deliver high sales results and customer service
