Fundy Honda is seeking a Parts Clerk/Service Videographer to join our team!

As a Parts Clerk/Service Videographer at Fundy Honda, this dynamic role supports both the service and parts departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include documenting vehicle repairs through video to keep customers informed and engaged, while also assisting with the efficient operation of the parts department through direct communication with customers, suppliers, and technicians.

Hourly Wage Range: $18.55 - $21.30

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Ordering parts for clients needing vehicle repairs in an efficient and timely manner
• Receiving parts orders with accuracy and maintaining parts inventory count
• Communicating with the technicians and service department to ensure the job gets done
• Work with our suppliers to create mutually beneficial business relationships
• Capture and upload clear, high-quality video documentation of repairs
• Clearly and professionally explain the technician’s diagnosis and repair recommendations on video.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous automotive experience would be considered an asset but not required
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner
• Fluency with Microsoft Office software
• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and excellent work ethic
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Confident in explaining service processes on camera (voice only) with a keen eye for accuracy in video documentation
