The Construction project portfolio analyst is responsible for coordinating and manage our preconstruction and construction portfolio of projects to ensure alignment with team’s objectives, timelines, and budgets. This role involves participating in project activities as needed, provide Project control support to project team, generating reports for management, and support staff planning align with Corporate growth.

Your contribution!
The Construction project portfolio analyst is responsible for coordinating and manage our preconstruction and construction portfolio of projects to ensure alignment with team’s objectives, timelines, and budgets. This role involves participating in project activities as needed, provide Project control support to project team, generating reports for management, and support staff planning align with Corporate growth.
Your day-to-day!
- Monitor and track Project progress.
- Create and maintain project tracker tools.
- Assist in resource planning and allocation to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Collect and assess market data related to renewable construction and procurement industry.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development of standardized workflows and best practices.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement and contract negotiation of Wind and Solar projects in the United States and/or Canada.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Good understanding of renewable energy project development and organisation aptitudes and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills, and an understanding of construction project management.
- Service-oriented with commitment to working within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, self-starter and energetic;.
- Proficient in English, both oral and written. Knowledge of French and/or Spanish is an asset.
- Proficient with the MS Office suite (especially Microsoft Projects, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- The position is based in the company's Longueuil (Quebec) headquarters.
- This position is a P2 level.
