Salary range - $55,000 to $68,000 CAD

What You Will Be Doing

  • Serve as the primary contact for IT incidents and service requests.
  • Diagnose and resolve end-user issues using sound judgment and critical thinking.
  • Educate users on IT services, policies, and procedures.
  • Analyze incident trends to identify root causes and recommend long-term solutions.
  • Maintain and manage IT inventory (hardware, software, licenses, contracts, etc.).
  • Oversee user onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Manage and prioritize IT support tickets using a service management tool.
  • Ensure SLA compliance and document support activities thoroughly.
  • Deliver in-person and remote support to users across multiple locations.
  • Set up and support audio/video conference systems and related technology.
  • Support IT projects with scheduling, cost tracking, and reporting.
  • Assist with network equipment cabling and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Administer national mobile provider portals and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate IT procurement and review purchase requests.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining IT documentation and user guides.

What We Are Looking For

  • Degree or certification from a college or technical institute in Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in an IT support or service desk role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Windows OS, and M365.
  • Proficient in supporting and administering Microsoft 365 services.
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with network topology, IT infrastructure, and security best practices.
  • Comfortable working with common IT terminology and troubleshooting tools.
  • Experience with Active Directory and mobile device management (MDM) tools is a plus.
  • Basic project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical information for end users.
  • Communicates effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Observant, innovative, and open to new ideas.
