Job Description

Chauffeur boom truck – classe 3

Faites partie de l’équipe Roofmart, un important distributeur canadien de produits résidentiels et commerciaux pour la toiture et le revêtement avec plus de 50 emplacements à travers le Canada.

Vos responsabilités :

• Chargement, déplacement et livraison de produits en toute sécurité
• Effectuer des inspections pré-opérationnelles, des listes de vérification d’entretien, nettoyer et lubrifier la grue
• Maintenir des environnements de travail propres et organisés dans le magasin, la cour et les camions
• Se conformer strictement à toutes les règles, règlements et lois en matière de santé et de sécurité
• Autres fonctions, au besoin
  
  

Notre Candidat Ideal :

• A une assurance valide acceptable de classe 3 CDL et la capacité de fournir un dossier de conduite
• Formation sur l’arrimage de la charge (peut être fournie)
• Formation sur la protection contre les chutes/le travail en hauteur - un atout (peut être fourni)
• Certificat de secourisme - un atout (peut être fourni)
• Formation précédente sur les chariots élévateurs et les Chariots embarqués Moffett - un atout (peut être fourni)
• Expérience antérieure de conducteur et d’opérateur de camion - Préférence
• Capacité de soulever, pousser et porter 80-100lbs à plusieurs reprises
• Solides compétences en matière de service à la clientèle
• La connaissance de l’industrie des couvertures serait considérée comme un atout

WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE;

• Safely loading, moving and delivering product
• Performing pre-operational inspections, maintenance checklists, cleaning and lubricating the crane
• Maintaining clean and organized work environments in the store, yard, and trucks
• Strictly adhering to and complying with all health and safety rules, regulations, and legislation
• Other duties as required
  
  

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;

• Must have valid insurance acceptable Class 3 CDL and ability to provide current drivers abstract (West)
• Must have valid insurable acceptable AZ/DZ license and clean driving abstract (East)
• Load securement training (can be provided)
• Fall Protection/Working at Heights Training - an asset (can be provided)
• First Aid Certificate - an asset (can be provided)
• Previous Forklift/Moffett training - an asset (can be provided)
• Previous Truck Driver and Operator experience - Preferred
• Ability to lift, push and carry 80-100lbs repeatedly
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset
