We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and passionate individual who likes to be at the forefront of “where business starts”. Jonas is seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Manager who will own the product lifecycle from concept to launch. This individual will ensure our products meet market demands and align with our company’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate is customer focused with a strong ability to collaborate with multiple teams.

Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Product Management, the core responsibilities of the position are:

Product Strategy & Vision:

• Develop and maintain both a short term and long term product vision and strategy that aligns with our business goals and market needs.
• Define and prioritize product features based on business goals, customer feedback and technical feasibility.
• Engage in competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
  
  

Roadmap & Execution:

• Create and manage the product roadmap, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
• Design specifications, mock-ups, wireframes and “narratives” for development projects in assigned areas of the Jonas platform.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and development teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
• Coordinate product releases, including managing timelines, resources, and dependencies.
• Monitor and report on product performance and make data-driven decisions for improvements.

Product Lifecycle Management:

• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch as well as post-launch performance.
• Define and track key product metrics, adjusting strategies and plans as needed.
• Continuously improve the product by managing iteration cycles and addressing issues as they arise.
  
  

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure product success, including creating customer-facing documentation and collaborating with Marketing to create product launch plans.
• Gather and interpret feedback from users to ensure the product delivers exceptional value.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams on assigned products.
  
  

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management or a similar role in Construction Accounting Software.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, including agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work within cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with Jonas Construction Software or other Construction Accounting Software
• Experience in Construction industry
• Intermediate Accounting knowledge
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA for project management.
• Strong technical background or understanding of product development processes.
