Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior Territory Manager that will be responsible for calling on the veterinary clinics within Montreal North Shore and Gatineau territory and providing veterinary recommendations of Purina Pro Plan Veterinary Diets products.

Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior Territory Manager that will be responsible for calling on the veterinary clinics within Montreal North Shore and Gatineau territory and providing veterinary recommendations of Purina Pro Plan Veterinary Diets products.
A day in the life of a Senior Territory Manager:
Promotes Purina Products to Veterinarians:
- Promotes Purina Pro Plan Veterinary Diets products to veterinarians as a product of choice
- Conducts veterinary educational seminars on pet nutrition and Purina products for the
- Ensures high level of nutritional knowledge is maintained to influence clinic sales.
- Develops business plans with the clinics and conducts business reviews
- Manage feedback and status on promotions for building pre and post evaluations.
- Conducts a quality assurance review for the clinic in terms of product, pricing, and distribution.
- Performs veterinary clinic coverage based on established call frequency and coverage.
- Sells incremental opportunities for Nestle Purina Canada leveraging national and regional initiatives.
- Transmits clinic information directly into sales system database for review, verification and analysis
- Take in charge the training of new Territory Managers for effective onboarding and supports ongoing development of current Territory Managers.
- Supports less experienced Territory Managers in servicing clinics as needed.
- Bilingualism in English and French language skills are a requirement, as this position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market
- Valid full driver’s license and safe driving record is required while being open to frequent travel within the assigned territory.
- 5 years’ experience of direct sales or related business experience
- Strong self-motivation and proactive mindset, with the capacity to think strategically to secure incremental business opportunities.
- Proficient computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a proven track record of delivering
- Candidate must reside within the territory and able to travel as required based on territory needs.
- Completion of a University Degree where a science degree is an asset.
- Excellent leadership abilities, fostering collaboration and strong interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational skills, effective time management, exceptional prioritization abilities,
