This is a part-time position, working any time from 2pm - 10pm.
What you will be doing…
Located in out Calgary Creekside location, our busy Guest Contact Centre takes calls from our guests, and we need highly motivated individuals who can work as part of our team to ensure that every call is answered quickly and professionally.
You’ll be selling and advising our bowling experience to both current and potential customers through incoming and outgoing calls. You’ll recognize their needs to generate additional sales and ensure they receive the best offers.
As a Guest Contact Centre Advisor, you’ll need a confident and professional telephone manner and be motivated and enthusiastic to ensure you and your team are achieving and exceeding our targets. As a committed team player, you’ll be flexible and dedicated at all times and you’ll ensure the best customer service is delivered to each and every customer.

Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure every call is completed to the required standard
- Work towards achievement of KPI’s and sales targets
- Take a pro-active approach to generating bookings, following up any leads or referrals
- Recognize customer needs to ensure that each customer receives the most up to date package offer
- To build and maintain a clean and accurate database of customer records
- To ensure that every customer who books via the call centre receives confirmation of their booking
- To conduct regular proactive outbound calling using directories and other information sources in order to proactively gain new contacts and to consistently grow the Company’s database.
- To ensure regular communication with both internal stakeholders
- To ensure that all available sales opportunities are maximized in order to achieve the sales targets
- Undertake any relevant training as requested
- Aim to always exceed customers’ expectations on every call
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Great relationship building skills
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Great communicator
- Previous sales call centre experience
- Motivated and enthusiastic
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Target driven
- Ability to problem solve
- Be a committed team player including being flexible and adaptable
