We’re looking for an Infrastructure Automation Specialist to help us build and maintain reliable, secure, and fully automated environments. From development to production, you’ll play a key role in designing automation processes and infrastructure as code that accelerate delivery while ensuring resilience and compliance. We’re looking for an Infrastructure Automation Specialist to help us build and maintain reliable, secure, and fully automated environments. From development to production, you’ll play a key role in designing automation processes and infrastructure as code that accelerate delivery while ensuring resilience and compliance. You’ll be responsible for:
- Lead the design, development, and upkeep of powerful automation tools — from playbooks to configurations — that keep our systems running like clockwork.
- Own the deployment and optimization of our automation platforms to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Maintain consistency and stability across all environments — dev, test, staging, and production.
- Enhance internal tooling and contribute to robust CI/CD pipelines that accelerate delivery.
- Clearly document our systems architecture and deployment workflows for cross-team clarity.
- Build and manage secure, resilient infrastructure with best-in-class practices.
- Proactively monitor system health, dive into logs, resolve incidents, and keep everything humming.
- Ensure our systems meet key compliance requirements (PCI DSS, SOC 2, etc.) — security is non-negotiable.
- Stay sharp and ahead of the curve with the latest tools, technologies, and industry trends.
- DEC or Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years in infrastructure, automation, or DevOps roles
- Proficiency in tools like Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Chef, or PowerShell DSC
- Solid networking skills (Cisco IOS, ArubaOS-CX, Fortinet)
- Experience with HCI and containers
- Familiarity with GitOps, public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Have a builder’s mindset with a bias toward action
- Solve problems creatively and pragmatically
- Passionate about performance, quality, and user impact
- Work collaboratively across teams
- Communicate clearly and proactively in English, French an asset
