As a Tactical Security Guard, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

Responsibilities for Tactical Security Guard

• Ensure the protection of people, assets, and property
• Site Operations Management
• Familiarize with and adapt to the unique requirements of all assigned sites.
• Provide on-call support to cover high-risk locations or critical operational gaps.
• Ensure a thorough understanding of site-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Advanced Report Writing-Review and analyze reports for patterns or potential threats

• Security Enforcement
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections of premises to deter unauthorized activity.

Qualifications For Tactical Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid security license
• First aid certification required
• Ability to stand and walk entire shift
