Context
In order to strengthen the rapid development of LGM in GTA we are looking for a Senior Technical Writer. Your
first project will be related to the railway industry.
Under the supervision of the TECHPUB/ILS Group Manager, your mission will be to produce different types of manuals (maintenance, operation, installation…) and training materials.

Context
In order to strengthen the rapid development of LGM in GTA we are looking for a Senior Technical Writer. Your
first project will be related to the railway industry.
Under the supervision of the TECHPUB/ILS Group Manager, your mission will be to produce different types of manuals (maintenance, operation, installation…) and training materials.
Your Main Tasks
- Produce various types of technical publication (maintenance manual, operation manual…) and create training materials.
- Take part in the validation process of technical writings content.
- Be responsible of the information exchange between the teams, maintaining a common look and feel to all documentation produced.
- Participate in technical meetings with the members of the project.
- Mentor junior technical writers.
- Build a relationship of trust and partnership with the client while promoting LGM's expertise.
- Contribute to the improvement of practices and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (infrastructure, mechanical, electrical, electronic or industrial engineering).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Technical Publication.
- Personal qualities: proactive, people oriented, communication, leadership, dynamism, organization, efficiency.
- Customer orientation: listening, understanding, clarifying, prescribing appropriate solutions and expertise.
- Experience in developing training materials: a big asset.
- Team spirit, excellent communication skills.
