This is a permanent full time position with hours Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm with flexibility needed to meet business needs. When not on the road you are welcome to work from the comfort of home.

Reporting into the Director of Operations Atlantic and directly managing 3 Account Managers in New Brunswick. This is a permanent full time position with hours Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm with flexibility needed to meet business needs. When not on the road you are welcome to work from the comfort of home.
- Lead all operational activity within your region through ensuring deadlines are met, developing preventative maintenance methods, building new and improved performance methods and enhanced cleaning techniques and skills
- Communicate with your team to maintain company policies and KPI's and to resolve any performance issues
- Build strong relationships with clients by responding promptly to concerns and conducting regular check ins
- Lead the set up of new accounts and ensure contract terms are maintained for existing accounts
- Travel 60% locally within the region and up to 20% to a larger region
- Traveling throughout the region is a daily part of the position so a reliable vehicle is required
- Must have 5 years managerial/ leadership experience with mid-senior level direct reports
- Business finance experience including budgeting and forecasting along with the ability to engage and motivate a team
- Post secondary education in business or project management is preferred
- Previous experience in the janitorial field is preferred
- 20 minute preliminary phone interview with our Recruiter
- 20-40 minute assessment depending on if you choose to take breaks or do practice questions
- 30 minute MS Teams video interview with the Hiring Manager and direct Supervisor for the role
