RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF THE MUHC
The Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RI-MUHC) is a world-renowned biomedical and hospital research centre. Located in Montreal, Quebec, the Institute is the research arm of the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine at McGill University. The RI-MUHC is supported in part by the Fonds de recherche du Québec - Santé (FRQS).
Position Summary
Department / Research Program: Allergy and Clinical Immunology/Reproductive Immunology
Analysis of single cell RNA sequencing data from endometrial immune cells. Comparison of the endometrial immune landscape between patients with normal fertility and patients with recurrent implantation failure.

Status : Temporary Occasional
Pay Scale: $27.32 to $50.74/hour. Commensurate with education & work experience.

Work Site: GLEN Site, 1001 boul. Decarie

Education: Master's Degree
Work Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in the field of immunology
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently or with teams with minimum supervision,
- In depth understanding of bioinformatics pipeline related to single cell RNA sequencing,
- In depth understanding of basic immunology and regulatory immune responses,
- Prior experience with single cell RNA sequencing workflow.
Status : Temporary Occasional
Pay Scale: $27.32 to $50.74/hour. Commensurate with education & work experience.
