Your Role

At Magnet Forensics, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our Sales and Customer Success teams. Working closely with our Customer Account Specialists, you will analyze customer data using our CRM tool, ensuring accuracy and consistency across regions and industries. You will be responsible for maintaining clean data by correcting inaccuracies, updating contact and account details, and ensuring our information aligns with industry best practices. Your analytical insights will help ensure we have the most accurate customer information, allowing us to deliver the best possible service.

Key Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in statistics, accounting, or business.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Comfortable generating and interpreting reports.
  • A strong interest in mastering data best practices.
  • Eagerness to explore connections between Magnet’s customers, organizations, and agencies.
