YOUR IMPACT

The Field Marketing Manager is a senior-level regional marketer responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to drive pipeline creation, acceleration, and brand presence. This role partners closely with sales leadership, product marketing, and global campaign teams to localize execution and deliver measurable business outcomes. This role reflects a strategic thinker and doer who brings a deep understanding of regional dynamics, data-driven planning, and stakeholder influence.

  • Leads marketing strategy and execution for a designated region, vertical, or solution focus.
  • Directly supports pipeline targets and sales alignment, influencing multiple GTM motions (direct, channel, ABM).
  • Owns execution of regional events, digital campaigns, and partner activations.
  • Drives cross-functional alignment across campaigns, product, partner, and corporate marketing.
  • Advises on budget prioritization based on performance and business needs

What The Role Offers

  • Develop and execute integrated field marketing plans that support regional business goals and sales pipeline growth.
  • Act as senior marketing advisor to regional sales leadership; provide visibility and insight on marketing impact.
  • Localize and deploy global campaigns to resonate with enterprise buyers in the region.
  • Own execution of regional events (executive roundtables, summits, trade shows, third-party sponsorships).
  • Manage lead generation and acceleration tactics including email nurtures, account-based programs, and landing page personalization.
  • Leverage data and reporting tools to analyze campaign effectiveness, optimize performance, and guide budget allocation.
  • Partner with digital marketing and demand gen to scale region-specific programs.
  • Mentor junior team members or lead special projects as needed

Leadership and Collaboration

  • Partners with Sales Directors, Global Campaign Owners, Product Marketing, and Partner Teams.
  • Leads regional marketing planning sessions and represents marketing in sales forums.
  • May manage vendors, regional budget, and/or project teams.
  • Works autonomously and serves as a go-to resource for strategic problem solving within the region.

What You Need To Succeed

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 3+ years in field or regional marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buyer journeys and sales alignment.
  • Experience designing and executing full-funnel campaigns (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU).
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Power BI, ON24, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder influence skills
  • Experience in the enterprise software or tech industry.
  • Background in ABM and regional event strategy.
  • Executive presence and ability to present marketing results and strategy to leadership.
  • Experience managing third-party sponsorships and agency partners.
