About The Role

The Outside Sales Representative will be a hunte r; supporting the growth of Greywolf Equipment through adding new business. Working closely with the Operations Manager and other sales people, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, building relationships with new customers, vendors, partner businesses, and acting as the liaison between our customers and our services teams/fleet. The role will be responsible for , but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively seek and develop new customer prospects by utilizing existing resources, networks, associations and connections, under the guidance of the Operations Manager;
  • Identify , qualify, and actively follow through with incoming request s;
  • Build relationships and forecast equipment needs along with the leadership and service teams ;
  • Initiate conversations to seek customer feedback and generate new ideas to drive revenue ;
  • Analyze customer base and maintain a data driven approach to track business development opportunities ;
  • Understand customer needs to upsell and match our products to our customers’ projects.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Minimum two to three (2-3) years of well-versed understanding and knowledge in Rental Equipment / Construction ;
  • 1-2 years minimum experience in an outside sales rol e, ideally focused on hunting for new business
  • Highly driven and patient to build trusted relationships and work well with others ;
  • Strong understanding of service-oriented approach ;
  • Able to effectively communicate, both verbal and written ;
  • Comfortable working independently and on the road for the majority of the da y ;
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean record.
