The opportunity
The ideal candidate will have a strong background Analyzing, designing, Architecting & Development, and implementing custom business solutions using SharePoint, Power Platform and M365 with a strong focus on deploying custom solutions to meet organizational needs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Successfully managed, configured, and maintained SharePoint Farms, OneDrive, Teams and Power Platform.
- Analyzing, Architecting & Development of new M365 Online SharePoint sites and supporting applications using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agent).
- Led end-to-end multiple migration projects for SharePoint environments (on-prem to cloud), ensuring minimal downtime and maximum data integrity.
- Meet with the client’s IT project team upon contract award to discuss assigned deliverables.
- Organize and/or attend meetings with client, as may be needed or requested by client including status meetings and Developer Scrums.
- Deep understanding of SharePoint/M365 architecture, workflows, and integration with other Microsoft services, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into user-friendly, scalable, and secure applications.
- Successfully led end-to-end migration, encompassing SharePoint environments with diverse content structures, unique permissions, business process and user bases.
- Collaborated with infrastructure teams to optimize SharePoint farm configurations, enhancing overall system performance during and post-migration.
- Familiar with Pointfire (on-premise and online), Gimmal Records Management, Nintex Workflow (85 total workflows), Nintex Forms, Project Server 2016; and Hare Point Analytics.
- Nice to have certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate/ Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals/ Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamental/ Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate
- Degree in computer science or equivalent
