What You Will Do
As an Implementation Consultant, you'll be the driving force behind our clients' seamless integration of cutting-edge technology and business solutions. Your mission will be to deliver a flawless setup, installation, and training experience. You'll forge strong partnerships directly with clients, guiding them through initial access, data migration, and process documentation. You're the go-to expert for answering any system-related questions and offering top-notch support.
Our main office is in Vancouver, BC. In a hybrid role, you will work with your manager to establish a mutually agreeable schedule for your time worked in the office based on the position and the business need. Typically hybrid positions are 1-3 days per week, or 20%-60% of the month in the office.

What You Will Do
As an Implementation Consultant, you'll be the driving force behind our clients' seamless integration of cutting-edge technology and business solutions. You'll forge strong partnerships directly with clients, guiding them through initial access, data migration, and process documentation. You're the go-to expert for answering any system-related questions and offering top-notch support.
- Responsible for setup and installation of technical systems, applications, or process designs for client’s purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions
- Play a leading role in testing and troubleshooting, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Works directly with client to manage initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentation, and train or coordinate training for client users
- Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems; identifies and documents technical issues to be escalated to product and system integration teams for resolution
- Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing and/or supporting software with external clients
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Deep understanding of relational databases and server side technologies (triggers, stored procedures) preferably using Microsoft SQL Server.
- Ability to write complex and efficient queries busting TSQL
- Strong ability to translate business issues into systems and operational solutions
- Time management skills to handle multiple task assignments and prioritize work appropriately
- Strong leadership and prioritization skills; ability to build consensus and drive decision making; proven ability to work cross-functionally to accomplish objectives
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
