What You Bring
- AIBC registration or eligibility
- 4–7 years of experience in an architectural studio
- Strong design and visualization skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Experience with working drawings, permit submissions, and wood-frame/mid-rise multifamily
- Familiarity with BCBC and local bylaws
- Organized, proactive, and ready to own your role
