Key Responsibilities:

Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a highly qualified Key Account Manager, Regional Grocery to support the Sales team to ensure the company’s goals and initiatives are met.

This role will be responsible for leading and developing annual sales plans for the Tropicana Brands Group business. Seeking an accomplished, results-focused, creative, and energetic leader. Sales experience in fast-paced environments with a proven track record of consistent revenue & profit generation in rapidly evolving landscapes are a must. Top candidates will be hands-on collaborators and influencers with excellent communication, analytical, multitasking, decision-making, problem-solving, negotiation, and creative thinking skills.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Grow and develop Tropicana Brands Group businesses
  • Lead and Develop Annual Operating Plans to deliver Gross Sales, Net Revenue, Share, Executional Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI), and Sales Targets.
  • Develops winning partnerships with customer and internal Tropicana Brands Group stakeholders by influencing and penetrating multiple levels within both organizations.
  • Ability to lead cross functionally with Sales Planning, Category Management, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure delivery of relevant innovation and key initiatives.
  • Leads all aspects of customers’ joint business plan (JBP) process, including strategic and tactical plans, while ensuring senior leadership engagement.
  • Demonstrate customer / channel expertise and leadership to drive development of appropriate strategic and tactical plans.
  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 15% of the time.
  • Tackle ambiguous problems to determine and prioritize business strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to implement short and long term strategies to support organizational operation and transformation
  • Lead, influence, and collaborate across functions to drive results through formal and informal channels

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience; preferably in a consumer packaged goods organization
  • Legally authorized to work in the country to which you are applying without requiring sponsorship or additional work permits now or in the future
  • Exceptional customer management skills
  • Aptitude for managing in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong planning/organizing skills: capable of managing major projects simultaneously.
  • Strong use of influencing skills to gain alignment, agreement, and commitments across internal and external key stakeholders.
  • Ability to link strategies and objectives to develop a plan.
  • Solid understanding of financials including P&L impact of sales decisions.
  • Ability to solve problems by leveraging multi-function support (finance, supply chain, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to send and receive information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems by leveraging multiple function support.
  • Strong computer and presentation skills: development of compelling stories and presenting those concepts to all levels of internal and external organizations.
  • Superior presentation skills, ability to present at all levels within customer and internal organization.
