As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible for scheduling customer vehicle service and maintenance appointments. Specifically:
- schedule vehicle service and maintenance appointments through inbound and outbound campaigns
- explain recommended and required vehicle maintenance to customers
- contact customers to confirm upcoming vehicle service and maintenance appointments, and/or reserve appointment for missed appointments
- act as the initial contact for customer concerns/complaints
- opening and closing of internal work orders
- coordinating new car & used car clean ups
- working with internal technician to ensure vehicle is ready for delivery
- ensure vehicle inspections are completed before customer pick up
Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in sales and customer handling, including:
- 1 to 2 years’ proven experience in customer service and/or business development
- Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
- ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- strong attention to detail; organized and strategic
- ability to maintain professionalism
- ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- a desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
- a proven commitment to quality of work
